By becoming a member of the BritishRewards website you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1) Site Membership and Termination of Accounts

British Rewards only allows one account per household. You must be a resident of the UK to qualify for a BritishRewards account and receive rewards, if you are not a resident of the UK you will not be paid and your account will be deleted.

We reserve the right to refuse membership. Further, we reserve the right to terminate your BritishRewards account at any time.

2) Cashback

As a member of BritishRewards you may earn cashback on many retailers, but every retailer reserve the right to reject the transaction.

We will make every effort to ensure cashback offers are correctly shown. However sometimes the commission maybe slightly wrong, if there is a massive difference we will compensate for this.

It's important to note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual retailer.

Your BritishRewards account will not automatically have confirmed cash it may take between 1-45 days for a retailer to confirm as the company themselves have to confirm it.

Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then you will have the amount debited from your account. If you are incorrectly credited the amount can be debited from your account at any time.

Cash can only be added to your account when you are logged into the site and go throw a link. On offers which pay you to register to them you should only join once unless stated otherwise.

All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. BritishRewards will make every effort to make sure you get your cash confirmed however the retailers decision is final. Please remember that websites which are paying you join or offer you a free trial can only be completed once.

If entering Clash Draw campaigns, only one lead will count per email address you have. So if you register with Clash Tiffany for example and then another it will not count if you only have one email address. Leads count per unique email.

3) Privacy Policy

4) Payments

Payments are issued within 14 days of your request. If you do not requets withdrawal then your cashback balance will stay untill you do so.
Transactions will only be confirmed when the retailer confirms them, we will make every effort to get the cashback, we make no promise on the transaction being confirmed.

5) Member Newsletters

All members will receive our newsletter, informing you about updates to the site and offers. You must provide a valid email to receive the newsletters.

6) IP Address

You agree to let us track your IP address when you register to the site.

7) Transactions being Cancelled

From time to time transactions may be confirmed and then cancelled later on, this is a rare case. But will happen if you are generating fake leads.

8) Change of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time however you will be notified of the changes made.
